This is the toy she grabs when sitting on the potty. It's perfect. - self-contained and easily tossed to the side. We purchased it for a road trip and it was entertaining for her. I think she's used it more in our home than in the car. Nice quality and interesting. I actually find that I grab it to move the marbles around. The magnetic is properly sealed in the tip of the attached wand.

This is a hit at my house. The kids love it and is very durable! Its used everyday and is tossed around alot, but I'm betting it will last a LONG time!

I bought this for my two year old grandson. He loved it and played with it for a long time. At first he tried to support the magnetic stick to move the balls with his fingers, but then realized he couldn't do it that way. He increased his fine motor skills and at the same time gained good eye-hand coordination.

Nice toy. It's great in the van on trips. We also have the smaller train. Our boys were 2 and 4 when they got them. They really don't play with them other than while driving, but that is probably just their personalities. If they aren't "strapped down", they don't usually play with ANY toy while sitting down LOL!

One bit of warning on this toy - BOTH pens are now lost, because as a "safety feature" (I was told by the company), the pen pops out VERY easily from the little holder on the string. Not sure how a pen with a magnet that "could" possibly be swallowed (easily fits inside a toilet paper tube)is safer unattached. Anyway, obviously if you lose the pen, this amazingly sturdy, well-made toy becomes virtually useless unless your child likes to just roll the balls around inside the maze (mine do NOT).

However, there is a bright spot. The company has offered to send us two new pens...which we will promptly be super gluing to their holders! LOL:o)

My 5 yr old and 2 yr old have shared this for 5 months now. They barely play with it. The pen comes off and gets lost in our house; I wish they had attached it better. I thought it was cute and a good idea, especially because it's quiet and doesn't require batteries. We got it for the car and restaurants. The kids don't really enjoy it for some reason.

The twins really liked playing with this. They are 24 months and the colors and the durability of this game made it really nice for them.

Great idea and we are generally happy with this toy but I was a bit disappointed when the rubber shell came off one of the ballbearings inside. As it is a sealed unit we can't open the frame and now have a couple of bits of rubber floating around inside. It should have lasted longer than it did, but I suspect it was a one-off flaw. Given that our little guy seems to like the challenge of the toy I would probably buy this again and give the benefit of doubt regarding quality.
