Features 31-day movement, beveled glass, decorative side panels, brass tone decorative pulleys, and polished pendulum. Each clock includes a winding key and chimes the hour and once on the half hour. The pendulum length adjusts to make the clock run faster or slower. Some assembly required. Measures 19-1/4” x 75” x 10-1/2” . Limited 1 year warranty.

Grandfather clock,

The package arrived safely, the glass door and mechanism were intact. However, the instructions seemed to be for another clock. A call to customer service brought the admission that there had been 'issues' with that model. Then I discovered that the key to wind the mechanism was missing. Another call to customer service; now the lady at the other end says that this company is not a parts warehouse so she cannot send me only the key, and her solution is to send me a second unit (!), for me to remove the key, and take the carton back to UPS for a return. Kind of like scratching your right ear with your left hand. Overall, not very happy.
