Arrived with in two days wow***** five stars for such prompt and quick delivery that was much faster than expected, customer service is super excellent, product by itself is quiet attractive. Overall its was worth buying this gorgeous grandfather clock.

I bought 2 of these clocks, one for myself and the other for my brother. The product is of very poor quality and workmanship. Both pieces arrived with a lot of defects in the case, which itself is very poor quality wood and does not fit very well.
The clock face looks like metal in the picture but in reality is cheap plastic, the same with the pendulum and all other parts. Initially one of the clock would fall behind by about 15 minutes every day and the other would run faster. I tried to make adjustments as described in the manual but nothing worked. After a few months both STOPPED WORKING. Now when we get it started again (by pushing the pendulum) it works for 30 minutes to an hours and stops again.

I had bought the one for my brother as a house warming present and now that it does not work I feel really bad, not to mention all the money that I lost.

Everything is just horrible quality. Everything that looks like metal is not metal. When I opened the box one of the leg pegs was completely split in two and didn't have the rubber piece that actually touches the ground. So the whole unit leans unbearably forward, so I have to tie ti down tomorrow to the wall to keep it from tipping forward and keep the doors from opening on their own. The magnets that hold the top door shut doesn't line up with the metal piece attached to the door, so you have to lift the door to close it, and it still doesn't stay closed. Big noticeable crack in the wood on the front by the drawer on bottom, not fixable. Inside the bottom door towards the bottom the wood has been smashed against something and just looks horrible. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this thing.

It came as was said, beautiful clock. Chime has never worked,and it runs fast I have followed instuctions to slow it down, still runs fast. I am trying to find out how to either get my money back or get another clock.

This grandfather clock was very, very nice and pretty well made for the money, but the clock that I received did not work. I wound it and started the pendulum swinging and the pendulum would eventually just stop. Unfortunately, the store where I purchased the clock from didn't have any more so they refunded my money. I realize that I probably just got a hold of a bad one and never got the chance to check another one so I don't want to say it's a bad product. I would give it another chance. The seller was very good about the situation and issued my refund right away and also took care of the shipping cost.

The clock looks great. I wish there was a way to put the "weights" at different levels. Overall I was very satisfied with the clock.

Piece of trash. Arrived missing pieces and with other pieces broken. Wooden case is not real wood, it is partical board. Metal parts are not really metal, they are plastic spray painted gold. Company did not assist in returning this product. Rip off.

La calidad de la imitacion bronce del pendulo y las pesas no es muy buena No obstante lo recomiendo a quien quiera tener una pieza de imitacion, bien terminada y facil de armar a un precio razonable
