Edward Meyer Grandfather Clock with Beveled Glass

The package arrived safely, the glass door and mechanism were intact. However, the instructions seemed to be for another clock. A call to customer service brought the admission that there had been 'issues' with that model. Then I discovered that the key to wind the mechanism was missing. Another call to customer service; now the lady at the other end says that this company is not a parts warehouse so she cannot send me only the key, and her solution is to send me a second unit (!), for me to remove the key, and take the carton back to UPS for a return. Kind of like scratching your right ear with your left hand. Overall, not very happy.

It came in less than a week and was very easy to put together. A great first timer grandfather clock.
