This is a very beautiful patterns book for small scale dolls. Adaptation for larger dolls, using the same patterns (with different gauge) should not present a problem. I own this book, and am very satisfied, and thankful for the author. All patterns are very detailed, and beautiful. One will knit keepsake that will be cherished forever.
