My son has developmental delays and speech Apraxia. There were some reviews in the book the LCP Solution from parents who's kids also have Apraxia and they were happy with this product so I decided to try it. My son started speaking in sentences and his speech became clearer after being on this for about a month. It is amazing! I know it might not work for everyone but it's worth a try.
My son gagged and shuttered the first 4 or 5 doses, but then seemed to get over it. He takes it now with no trouble. (he's 5) I've tasted it, it's not bad.
My husband takes fish oil capsules and complains about "fish burps". This product doesn't cause fish burps. My son's burps smell like fruit loops!

My 2 and half year old daughter has verbal apraxia and I had read that this particular fish oil had halp many other kids with apraxia. I was skeptical, but since it would not hurt her I thought we should try it. In the three weeks she has been taking it her vocabulary more than doubled and I can tell that she is less scared/reluctant to try to mimmick words we are trying to teach her. I put the liquid in her morning milk and she takes it without any problems. You can poke a whole in caps and squeeze it out, but this is easier and you know how much you are really getting. The liquid is not sold in the US so all the supplier's are from Canada, so be aware it will take 3-4 weeks to get it. I order several bottles at a time and reorder early, so this is not a n issue.

The flavour is not bad, you sure don't taste the fish!!!
We give this with a 5ml dropper and have told our son who has a diagnosis of PDD (autism spectrum) that this medicine would help him talk better.
He puts up a fuss, but mostly for show, and he takes the oil twice a day.
We really think this has helped. he still has a long way to go, and he'll never be a "typical" child, but he is improving.

Brought this product after some reading and viewing the reviews. My son has delayed speech and is doing speech therapy. He is progressing steadily. Cant say that the product has help. No obvious changes since he started taking it three months ago.

I bought the lemon lime flavor of Efalex and my son loves the taste surprisingly. Haven't used it enough yet to have an opinion of it's efficacy.

This was our third purchase for this product. I had a question, wrote to the company via email, and I got a response within 2 days. It has a good flavor like mild lemon/lime.

Much easier for children to take. Had ordered this in the capsule version before but was difficult getting my son to swallow them without gagging. He actually says it taste good.
