About the Actor

Cody Sipe is a well-respected expert on older adult fitness. He is certified by ACSM as an Exercise Specialist and a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist. He also is a certified Balance and Mobility Enhancement Specialist. He serves in numerous leadership positions in the industry, including as a contributing editor for IDEA and as a member of the Strategic Health Initiative on Aging with ACSM. He has been recognized numerous times for his professional achievements, including received the 2005 IDEA Program Director of the Year award and being selected as a delegate to the 2005 White House Conference on Aging by Indiana governor Mitch Daniels. Cody presents internationally and writes regularly on a variety of senior fitness topics.
