5.0 out of 5 stars Educational, but so boring, April 19, 2011

This review is from: Effective Leadership and Management in Nursing (7th Edition) (Paperback)
If you are looking to learn about every last detail of business management then this is the book for you. It breaks it down so far it is ridiculous. I pitty the people who have this as a required text, it is a tough read.

3.0 out of 5 stars Required text, March 11, 2011

This review is from: Effective Leadership and Management in Nursing (7th Edition) (Paperback)
This is a required text but parts of it seem simplistic and other parts seem to offer advice on how to follow the letter of the law when dealing with employees. Definitely represents a corporate management view when addressing dealing with employees.
