This book has saved me. I have a great neurologist but there were a couple key points she didn't tell me that this book did. Unfortunately, I read it after experiencing rebound chronic migraines from taking too much Tylenol 3 w/codeine. But it's helped me avoid getting into that again, so that and the advice on preventatives and what to do while breastfeeding is invaluable. My husband even read part of it while I was in the hospital (for the never-ending migraine) so he'd better understand what was going on and so we could talk about solutions.
