This review is from: Effective Soccer Goalkeeping for Women (Paperback)
First I am a goalkeeper coach and run an academy for keepers. We have a great group of female keepers who are all heading to colleges or some are getting national team id2 or ODP looks. I thought the book was disappointing. I like her second book which covers in more detail different drills and fundamentals. She writes from the heart and knowledge of goalkeeping but this book left alot to be desired. If you are a beginning coach with a female keeper then read this to get an idea. If not I cannot recommend this book for experienced keepers or coaches. Sorry, buy her other book on keeping it is much much better. |
