I found this book useful not only for the doctoral course I am taking, but also for everyday use in my multi-ability classroom.

I have been teaching for 16 years, and I purchased this text to prepare for a training in my new position as a trainer/support person for other teachers. It is well-written, concise, and contains invaluable information for any teacher, no matter his or her years of experience, grade level or subject area. It gives background on how the student population we serve is changing, and how our teaching needs to be structured in order to meet their diverse needs. ALL teachers should read this book!

Very good reference. Recommended by American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence, an alternative route to teaching in USA. ABCTE is a very rigorous program.

Good core reading material for special ed courses.

I thought I was purchasing a good, slightly used book for a very affordable price. What I got was what appeared to be a brand new book for a very affordable price. I would definitely order from this vendor (Woody's) again.
