I bought this for my partner who was having difficulty with panic/anxiety attacks. She already had self-hypnosis CDs for reducing anxiety and promoting relaxation, but her favorite is this album. After listening to it I could understand why. The songs are the epitomy of peacefulness in music, and are simply beautiful. The subliminals that are within the music, are printed inside the jacket cover, and are very wonderful affirmations to help with relaxing. I love this tape for meditating, falling asleep, or as pleasant background music.

I listened to this CD on a long car trip with my friends, and we all agreed that it made us feel more relaxed. I sometimes notice that I breathe easier and deeper when I have the CD on - a couple of the (subliminal) affirmations are about breating deeply and effortlessly - breath rate is one of the true indicators of relaxation. I could do without the affirmation that says something like "my body is an instrument that resonates harmoniously with the music" (all affirmations are printed on the inside CD booklet), but what the hey. I find all the other subliminal affirmations to be quite satisfactory. This CD relaxes me quite effectively, and I have gotten into the habit of not wanting to drive without anywhere without it!

I really enjoy every Cd from Steven Halpern, but this one is really my favorite. It always helps me relax and I use it a lot to drift off into a restfull sleep. I put my MP3 on shuffle because I always fell asleep and never remembered hearing the end of the CD. I would highly recommend this for relaxation. It really melts away the stresses of the day.

Dr. Halpern's talents shine on this CD. I had many relaxation CD's, but after hearing this one, I threw away all but this one. Everyone needs relaxation for good health. This CD is the best of the best!

I can't say enough about this CD. It is great to meditate to. If you just want to take a 20 minute nap, it is possible with the help of Steven Halpern's music and sounds on this CD. I have it uploaded to my iPod and on a difficult migraine night I just pop the ear peices in and go to sleep listening to this over and over again on shuffle. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have long used soft music backgrounds for when we read or as we go to sleep. We found Stephen Halpern in late 2006 and enjoyed used his "Sleep Soundly" CD for many months. Looking for something new for Christmas 2007, we tried "Effortless Relaxation" and like it even better! Both of these are based on being unobtrusive and when using them to go to sleep, we never hear the end portions of the CD - we are already snoozing.

I love to relax with music and had a chance to hear various artists including other works from Steven Halpern.

This one is for me by far the best relaxation pieces of music and stands out from all the rest.

You can relax in minutes with this CD, works great!

This is a best of CD with subliminal messages added. I was disappointed when I heard songs that I've already heard. The albumn is pretty good. I do find it relaxing. I just would have liked to known that the songs are not original before purchasing it.

I'm a Massage Therapist , always looking for music that helps my clients to reach a depth of deep relaxation. This music is wonderful all the way through. Not all so called "relaxation music" is. Many of Steven Halperns' other CD's are good too.

This is a very relaxing CD. My husband and I play it while we are working outside or relaxing in the lanai and it fits perfectly with the nature sounds around us (birds). We also use it for background music when friends are over. Everyone enjoys it and wants to know what it is. It would be a great tape to play in the quiet of the evening to fall asleep to, or to play in a guests room for a relaxing ambiance. It is very well spent money. Thank you, Steven
