This cable functions fine (at first), but it probably won't hold up to everyday use. I've inserted mine maybe 20 times, and one of the spring-loaded contacts just became permanently stuck, making the cable worthless. Sure it's dirt cheap, which is nice compared to the expensive real Nokia cable, but with what these accessory vendors charge for shipping, I'd recommend ordering several of these at one time from a source with a good deal on multiple items. I'm now trying to decide whether to do that myself or shell out for the real deal with a real warranty.

I have a 6126. This cable works perfect. The nokia software is great especially for being free. For those of you having problems remember this: 1) the cable does not go in easily the first few times. DOnt force it in but be firm 2)ignore all the software with the cable. go directly to nokia and get the free most up to date version 3) follow the directions they could not be easer as the software walks you through use and installation 4) always plug the phone into the same usb port - i noticed this glitch with my printer that the new windows tried to reinstall software as "new" even though you have been using it a number of times before. FOr some reason it registers it to a specific usb port only so just use that same one all the time. otherwise i love this. for $2 when ever other company is $50! Quick shipping from bargaincell.

This Data cable allowed me to access my Nokia 6085 (Black) phone's memory and Firmware update using Nokia Suite, It does what it is designed for.

I received the Eforcity Nokia CA-53 Cable, albeit rather tardy from the USPS. The cable needed the newest driver from Nokia to work and so I downloaded it and it worked well. Good investment for the money...much cheaper than from Nokia.

Works great and was cheap. forty to seventy dollars at the main stores. bought it for less than five dollars. What more can i say.

The CA-53 cable is not compatible with the Nokia E62 phone, despite the title of this product which indicates that it is. The Nokia E62 ships with a DKE-2 USB cable anyway.

Works fine. Difficult to connect but connects securely. Comes with an unlabeled cd (couldn't tell one side from the other) that has a great selection of ringtones and wallpapers, though the tones aren't labeled in any helpful way. I was impressed. It also has links to any 1st party software you need though I'm sure a Google search would be just as easy.

It's only a 6-pin cable! It works fine under Win XP and Vista, together with nokia's pc suite. You can download and upload musics and wallpaper, etc... But if you want to unlock the phone through certain software and cable, it wont help. You need a 13-PIN cable!!!

So far the product doesn't work. However, I had another of the same from another vendor and that didn't work. So, don't blame the vendor.

The CA-53 was delivered promptly and it was cheap. I bought because of good reviews of the product. So don't count my review just because my CA-53 doesn't work. I think the problem is my phone.

So, my mobile is 6131, i bought this cable by 0.16$ and the shipment by 4.86$ crazy huh, why i give 4 stars, just to be fair enough, the cable is good, you can do almost every thing, fast transfer for files, connecting to the internet (in case you have GRPS activated from the network provider) and data and synchronise and so on, which all i was doing fine with the Bluetooth, slower but fine,

why i bought this cable, to be able to update the firmware from 5.5 to 6.1 and i was wrong and the operation fail in the middle of the update and the mobile shutdown half uploaded and died, there was no other way but going to NOKIA and ask them to fix it and i paid fortune,

so if you don't look for firmware you can buy this cable and you will be extremely happy, it is 0.16 but never buy it for a firmware update, please please please
