This review is from: Egg Monsters from Mars (Goosebumps #42) (Paperback)
My teacher read the book to my class in the fourth grade. It was kind of wierd, especially at the end. It was a real good suspense. It is one of the best books that any of my teachers has read to the class.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good, but not the best Goosebumps book, July 26, 2005
A Kid's Review
Egg Monsters From Mars was a really good book. When I started reading it, I couldn't put it down and I read it in two hours flat! It has mystery, although it's not too scary and the egg monsters from mars turn out to be friendly. It's good but not my favorite goosebumps book. 4 stars.

3.0 out of 5 stars Egg Monsters from Mars, March 2, 2005
A Kid's Review
Egg Monsters from Mars was a pretty good book. The main character in this novel was a boy named Dana Johnson. Something crazy happend to him in this story. I liked some parts of the book and disliked other parts. Now here are some of my likes nd dislikes from reading this book.

The first thing I liked was at the very beginning of the book
when Dana's sister Brandy had an egg hunt at her party that turned into an egg war between the party guests. i also liked the fact that Dana had a very adventerous time in this sory like the time Dr. Gray tried to kidnap him. Dr. Gray was a bad guy who told Mr. Johnson a lie that he had never seen Dana before when Mr. Johnson asked him this question at Dr. Gray's lab.

i disliked that the author went a little too oveboard on the details about the egg monsters. i also disliked the book's ending left you hanging because dana brought his parents to the lband the egg monsters and Dr. Gray had disappeared and no reason was given.

Overall I thought it was a good book. I would give it three out of five stars. L would recmmend this book for fourth graders going into fifth grade. You should read this book because if you do, you will probably like it, and you will want to read the rest of the books in the series of Goosebump stories by R.L. Stine.
