The item was extremely easy to use only it gave cheap results and was made of cheap materials. If you're looking for a high quality virtual tour tool, keep on looking.

I was very excited to try out the Egg Solution 360 for full panoramic photographs. The software worked perfectly and the sample images they provide as a learning tutorial worked fine. However, no matter how hard I tried, with as many settings I experimented with, I was never once able to produce a single in-focus panoramic image. Sadly, I've sent the item back for a refund. I give this two stars -- the software worked. But the primary lens did not. :(

I spent several hours attempting to obtain a useable photo with my Canon Rebel EOS camera. All I can obtain are out of focus .jpg. The online technical support is not available at midday in the USA. No telephone support is available. The software does not provide for a way to sharpen the focus. All possible settings on my camera do not help.

Not a very good product, good only if you want something panoramic - not for serious photographers. There are better ones in the market.
