It creates light. Looks somewhat modern.

This fixture isn't all that well balanced visually. Its like a pile of sticks on a post. The electrical box cover was kind of cheap feeling but its just decoration so not much touching will take place.

It eventually ends up looking like 2 bright clots on the ends. It seems to be a faux bronze/aged metal but its just paint.
