The manufacturer packaging is poor. The "bubble wrap" didn't protect the glass bulb shields so when I received the product, 2 out of 3 lights have broken shields. I could have returned the lights but I was in a rush to have the lights installed to pass the final house inspection, so I chose not to. Wrong decision as the manufacturer would not send me the replacement parts because the products were not shipped directly from their warehouse. Now I have to buy the parts from a local lighting store which will probably cost more than the light itself!
