I have osteoarthritis of the hip and am unable to do most strenuous exercise. The Egoscue Pain Free Workout emphasizes non-moving stretches that are held usually for 1 minute each. These stretches help with my freedom of movement. I am not able to do the ab crunches with legs in the air, but an alternative using the wall is given in the DVD. Overall, I would recommend this DVD to those with limited mobility.

I purchased this DVD and also the Pain Free book for my husband who has a hip problem and is not aligned properly. I have had a nagging shoulder problem for years. The doctors help, but it has never resolved. I did the Pain Free book exercises and it helped quite a bit. On the books urging, I began using my bad shoulder in a proper form and it helped further. The book helped my husband some.

So he decided to try the DVD. I got up in the morning and did the exercises with him for moral support. Lo and behold, I no longer have any shoulder pain or issues! My husband can walk for long periods and has much less pain. I will say that the exercises need to be done regularly. I feel so much better when I do them.

I enjoyed this very much this is a very pleasant & informative alternative to pain medication. I recommend this highly if you truly want an almost or no medication to relieve pain when it comes to your skeletal system. I AM NOT a doctor but if you want to get educated on what exactly your body does and how it generally works I guarantee if you put your mind into this 'Fully & Faithfully' you will be satisfied.
