We expected 1200 TC to be amazingly soft, Four Seasons quality sheets. These aren't terrible, but they're honestly not any softer or better than anything you can pick up at Marshalls.

These sheets were advertised as quality and expensive marked down to a very special price. They arrived promptly and we washed them. Put them on our bed (California King Size) and within 7 days they are already falling apart. The material is not very soft and is not durable (obviously) as they are starting to fall apart with frayed threads, etc... Maybe I just got a bad set, but these are not good at any price.

When you think 1200 TC you think "HEAVEN" I have some 800 TC and the are awesome, the 1200 are ok but not a good as I expected.

Bought a set of sheets from them, they sent the wrong ones, I contacted them and recieved a rapid response, apology and rectification of the problem with no cost to me. When I recieved the correct product, they fit perfectly and feel fantastic to sleep on. These people truly understand Customer service and stand behind their products as well. I wholey recommend them to everyone.

These sheets were very soft for a few months and have now turned sand papery and ripped on our 19 inch deep mattress.

These are Eqyptian Comfort 1200 TM as in trade mark, so way these are eqyptian cotten or 1200 hundred thread count. There is a big difference between a trade mark and a specification or product description. I could not find a product label on the sheets as per a reputable product. iT feels like polyester not cotton. No place does it say cotton, people just associate egyptian with egyptian cotton or read "comfort as cotton. This is a bogus product avoid it and report this marketing fraud to Amazon and government agencies. Do not be fooled !!!!

This was my first time using Amazon.com and I wasn't sure if I should purchase my linens off a website. But I must say the product arrived quickly and it was half, yes HALF the price then I could find at the box stores. Even with the cost of shipping I still saved money. I'm not going to be purchasing products in a box store anymore if I can get them for a lower price and have them shipped to my house.

The product was just as they stated, color, size and price. I'm 100% glad I went with them. You have a client for life.
