Until this book, I haven't seen such a well thought out and well organized book on defensive magic that has also been able to incorporate the Egyptian pantheon and their ritual tools. I feel very at home with the Egyptian gods and goddesses because they have helped me through some of the most difficult transitions in my life. The sheer simplicity of this book, breaking it down piece by piece, allows me to focus on my intent and not get bogged down by the rigorous rituals, which all practitioners feel confined by at one time or another.

The oil recipes in this book are very beneficial-- in fact, they are the silent yet powerful partner to the work you may do with this book. So there is even something in here for the budding alchemist... don't underestimate it.

The book is short and sweet, but who needs all the chatter. Take what you may from this book and turn that frown upside down. I guarantee to you, even the investment for ingredients or supplies is well worth it.

Provided that some soothsayers out there may want to write a negative review to counter my statements, just remember, some beings take pleasure in leading you down the wrong path because they don't want to you to heal and find your inner strength. But what do you have to lose other than [...] bucks? So relax... brew a cup of tea, and read away!

I had to pick up a copy of this title simply for the fact of the "revenge spells promised"! I was not disapppointed. Indeed, the author has created a well thought out compendium of spells. Its fearless, honest, bold, yet not reckless. It is aimed at muture audiences. So what is the point?

The author, like many of us are disillusioned with popular wicca and looked for a deeper, more authentic system of magic. Indeed, Egypt hold great fascination and mystery. The reconstructionists call it the "Kemetic path". "Kemit" meant the black earth that surrounded the Nile. The old gods are called "Neteru". This pantheon is as broad and varied as one may imagine. This path is tried and true. However, it should be noted that this is a real system that has much depth for many that the sands of time will not keep buried. Emotions, passions, lust and hatred are very real. Therefore, what is written should not be taken lightly.

The "Neteru" or Egyptian gods have been demonized for centuries. They need care and love at this time and to curse them would be wrong. Im my experience, they are very cooperative. This book is only a guideline for me. I have been working with these folk since 1986. They let me know what they can do. Get a feel for them and they will be more than happy to help you.

Not bad -- I wasn't exactly sure what to expect when I first bought this book -- but the author has blended a unique style of working this particular kind of magic. It is workable, and in a format I have not read before. Not a bad book at all! The information on the Egyptian deities was interesting and useful. The book is filled with spells -- some of the lighter side all the way to the darker aspects. This one is a keeper.

Claudia gives you many different types of curses. She is a wonderful teacher & takes you through a brief understanding when cursing others. Very interesting & enjoyable.

The title of this book made me buy it. It is chuck full of revenge spells. Let's say someone at your work place is bugging you. Just setting this book on your desk and having them see it can work miracles and you don't even had to read the book, lol. I have not worked any of these revenge spells so I don't know if they work or not. It is a very fun book to read and was quite a page turner for me. You gotta love those old Egyptians !!!!
