We bought these for our conference room to replace some temporary folding chairs. We liked the look of these and they go well with our office. Warning that the office and especially the room they were unpacked in smelled strongly like plastic gas for a couple days when they were opened and assembled. Do it in a room that can open windows.
We bought six chairs, but only five had the proper parts to assemble them (screw on the legs). The company did try to send replacement parts but they sent us the parts for a different model of chair, so we had to go and buy our own parts.
Anyway, the chairs are strong and nice. We like.

We've ordered two sets of these chairs. The first set arrived intact, all fittings included. The second set arrived in good order, but without a set of screws for the second chair. It was easier to go into the garage to find four of the same sized screws to replace them, than to wait for the supplier to send them to me.
Not everyone would be lucky enough to have the right sized screws laying around. Which means waiting for them to arrive before putting the chairs together. More care should be taken when shipping them.

Perfect desk chair, perfect price. I wanted an Eames style chair, and this is great. Built in a short time. Only downside, no instructions included, so had to do a lot of web search for building. Wasn't clear to me, but others might have been able to put together no problem. Overall, great, and get a lot of compliments. Worth it.
