We ate at the Eiffel Tower restaurant in Las Vegas. We were so happy to find this cookbook on Amazon. It was offered at a great price and we will be making some of these dishes very soon!

Got this book about a month ago and have already used it for two dinner gatherings. Very clear instructions and the results were just delicious. My Blue Cheese Pudding Souffle (page 70) came out just like the one I had at the restaurant, my guests were impressed.

"The Eiffel Tower Restaurant Cookbook" is a beauty of a book--red velvet cover, fabulous recipes--I am sure this is a top, "World Class" restaurant---just like in the "old days" of Europe where they had the most classy restaurants....... in Switzerland, Paris, and Rome!

But you had better be forewarned---------this restaurant is in Las Vegas Nevada, NOT in Paris! I read the info very carefully, and did not see anywhere, that this was NOT the restaurant at the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France! I still recommend this cookbook about Las Vegas' Eiffel Tower!
Even though I was disappointed and very surprised that this was not made known by the Seller----I received the book less than 24 hours after I ordered it. I love the book, but right up front, SOMEONE should have mentioned exactly which "Eiffel Tower Restaurant" it was-----the "REAL" Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Paris, France or the copy-cat one in Las Vegas, Nevada.
