I was practically inseperable with this book for weeks after I first got it. Well-written and exhaustively in-depth look at every aspect of the four ex-Beatles solo careers. This has all the info you could ever want on solo albums, tours, TV appearances, bootlegs, etc. The only drawback is that I got so into it I was forced to buy all the solo records I hadn't already owned!

An indispensible reference for those Beatleologists who tend to think their artistry didn't end with their breakup. As stated in a previous review, it's very well written, engaging, and oh yes, thorough.
If you're looking for a basic discography, then I suggest looking elsewhere. But if you need details on every possible recording made by the ex-Fabs during the remainder of the 20th Century, then this is the book.
