My two year old loves this book. Now that he can talk all the time, he likes books that he can pick out. He loves monkeys so this was a natural choice. The story goes along with the song about the monkeys and the nice repetitive ending gives the kids something they can say. "No more monkeys jumping on the bed." This has been a wonderful addition to our always growing library. I also highly recommend the Ten Little ladybugs book. They are similar and great for teaching numbers.

My son loves this book! He really enjoys the way each page rhymes and loves touching the monkey faces that protrude from the pages. It's nice because it is practically a board book, and he cannot tear the pages. This is a great story to add to your child's collection! Another good book that is similar to this one, is, Ten Little Ladybugs, by Melanie Gerth.

This is a great book. My 14-month-old son loves it. He loves touching the monkey faces and putting his fingers through the holes. He also loves the tune that we sing with the book and I'm sure he'll only love it more as he grows older and can sing along and jump higher on the bed!

My two daughters, 3 & 17 months, loved this book so much that they took it to daycare with them. The kids there just fell in love with it. The story is so cute, I like that the monkeys are doing a different thing on each page. My 3 year old has memorized it and can read most of it back to me. Other times she tries to act out what the monkeys are doing, on the floor though, and her little sister mimicks her.

My daughter loves loves loves this adorable book! And as a nice added bonus, because doctor is mentioned repeatedly in the book, she no longer is afraid of the doctor! Apparently she thinks of the silly monkeys every time we go to the doctor now, and instead of hiding, she now talks to the doctor about all the silly monkeys! This is a fun book to read, we truly enjoy it and my husband and I take turns reading it to her. If it is still in one piece by the time our son is old enough to enjoy it, we'll be reading it to him as well. I highly recommend this book!

I have read this book to so many little boys and girls, from 3 - 6 years old, and ALL of them love it! As they try to act like the monkeys in the story, every child laughs when the surprise ending is read. A delightful book. The illustrations are a real treat.

I bought this book for my daughter's friend's birthday but after I read it to her, she wanted to keep it. And we read this book every night.
This book helps with counting, it helps with memory and association and it helps reminding her things not to do in bed.

We love this book. It's easy to read, remember and it is fast. Even if you read it twice like I sometimes have to do, it is a quick read.

My dauther loves this book. She is almost two and it is one of her favorites. She loves how one monkey face disappears with each page you turn. Fun book for kids this age.

My son likes the song and this book, but it's not a good choice for bedtime reading -- it gets him too excited! Also, the words are too repetitious and he tires of it. "Ten Little Ladybugs" is a much better book.

My son loves this book! We are monkey crazy so this is a perfect book for us. It is fun to read and fun for him to listen to with the rhyming and the monkeys that he can feel. Would purchase this book again and plan to purchase others from the author for him!
