About the Author

Dr David Freemantle is the founder of Superboss Ltd that specializes in the areas of customer service, leadership and motivation. He travels the world speaking at conferences and running seminars, and has gained an international reputation for his thought-provoking talks and programs. He is a frequent visitor to Asia and his clients in Singapore include Singapore Airlines, SATS, and the Singapore Navy.

He also runs regular two-day seminars for the Singapore Institute of Management. His previous books have been published in 18 different languages and include How to Choose (Prentice Hall 2002), The Stimulus Factor (Prentice Hall 2001) and What Customers Like About You (Nicholas Brealey 1998).
