Editorial Reviews

Review
"The exercises are well explained in lay terms and...the author manages to squeeze so much more in, including interesting historical facts and an initial overview on 'chi' energy, to create a well written and produced whole" -- Combat, May 2005.

3.0 out of 5 stars Eight Treasures, March 21, 2007
By C. C. Eisenhart (God's Country) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
I can't say as this one of my favorite Qigong dvds. It lacked vitality. I find pieces like T.K. Shih's Swimming Dragon or Dr. Alex Feng's Five Animal Frolic far more inspiring.
