This audio teaching from the Dalai Lama covers a range of relevant topics to an audience in Washington, DC I believe. He talks in English much of the time, but also has a translator for more specialized spiritual terminology. Near the end, he takes some questions from the large audience that are really enjoyable. The four audio tapes come in a nice box made to last. I highly recommend this teaching by the Dalai Lama on the Eight Verses for Training the Mind.
