We had our 4 grand kids at a restaurant (11 of us altogether), which typically would have meant chaos, bedlam, and constant interruptions for attention. Then the owner brought out Wikki Stix for each. What followed was deep concentration and quiet activity in the kids that lasted all through the meal, indeed all weekend! Eating was almost an annoying interlude for them! Their creativity and concentration was amazing. The rest of us were so impressed! We actually got to talk and visit! Where have these been all these years? I'm buying some for gifts and toys. I can't recommend them highly enough! Much more educational and engaging than connect the dots or crayons.

From a teacher's perspective, this product is great for use in the classroom or reinforcement at home. Children can find letters or sightwords in books, and circle them with the wikki stix (without harming the books). Children can even create letters or numbers and then do a shading with paper and crayon over it. Lots of fun!

bought this product to keep my 8 yr.old daughter busy while on a vacation road trip.she had a ball making flowers,glasses and other items with the sticks.

My daughter got a pack of 8 in a kids meal. I had never heard of these, but she LOVES them. She makes eyeglasses, mermaids, her name, little people, and that's just with 8 of them. Not messy, no annoying sounds, and lots of fun to use. Sometimes simple toys are the best.

We visited my parents in Santa Fe this summer, and were given some wikki stix at a restaurant. When it was time to board the first of two long flights to get home, the kids wanted to play with the wikki stix instead of the load of bulky toys we brought with us. I was amazed! They were entertained throughout the very long day of flights, making endless variations of imaginative games and creations. I am sold. These things are great!

Wikki Stix can be just for fun. However, you can also use it to practice letter format and even make a "stencil" for practicing letter formation with a writing utensil.

I got a Junk email for "Bendaroos" which somehow led me to "Wikki Stix" which were much better priced! I thought I'd get some for my grandkids and for my classroom. I opened the box to "try out" my class set and I've been playing with them while watching TV every evening. When I gave them to our son to take back to the grandkids he said "OOOOH!!! WIKKI STIX!!!... We've been wanting these!!!!" So I gave him a set too! They are fun. There's endless things you can create with them! They don't dry out or make messes. Best of all they can be used again and again! I'm Hooked!

We had a similar restaurant experience of another reviewer, but it was our 10yo and 13yo that were kept occupied. The server gave us extras to take home. Today I will order more. Some for my kiddos and some for my grandkids!

I bought Wikki Stix for myself to help me learn Spanish by sticking flash cards on named surfaces with the Wikki Stix. They adhere to most dry surfaces without leaving any residue and stay there until removed.

These are great! You can use them a million different ways. They are fun to play with and have lots of color choices.
