Purchased for my very interested in alternative energy 11 year old son for Christmas. He already knew much of the material provided in the booklet. The booklet seemed geared for a 6-8 year old range.The two 'experiments' were not kid friendly to put together. We never could get the wind speed measurer to fit together as illustrated. The wind direction experiment was so simple, you could make it out of an old shirt sleeve. Don't spend your money on this item unless you are seeking very very basic information for a 1st or 2nd grader. |
