If you are looking for traditional music this is not the CD for you. The CD is a westernized compilation using electronic intrumentation. It is without any true Okinawan sounds.

Great Okinawan CD, January 17, 2006

My mother is from Okinawa. We recently visited relatives there and saw traditional eisa drum dances. These songs bring back the memories of a wonderful trip.
