I've been married for 4 weeks now and my wife and I had not had sex prior to our marriage. However, my wife has quickly discovered why I call myself '6 second lover'. She described my first attempt at love making as quicker than a whippet on steroids. We have tried several different techniques to improve my 'duration' including me thinking of my work colleages on the toilet during sex. This is not a good image to think of during sex however, and so we needed another solution. My fair wife bought this book from a local store (I wouldn't go in!) and I can honestly say it's improved our love making ten-fold. I can now go for 3 times a day and last upto ten minutes at a time. Now this may not seem like much, but it's better than the sub 1-minute times I was putting in after we just got married. The authors desrve a medal! Well done and thank you from both of us!

The only thing I was not able to control was my disappointment. I am still trying to understand the real purpose of this "book" other than the author's college memories of how great he was in bed. Well, good for him. I am sure you, dear reader, will be better off just by doing a simple web search under "Pubbocoxygennus muscle" or "PC muscle" for a simple routine of exercising this muscle. The exercises worked for me.

I want to buy this book and tell me how I can do this.
