1. Fast moving salsa with greath rythm, accents and instrumentation for dancing
2. Refreshing, different from more other salsa you will find being produced today
3. Salsa "dura" without abusing on the brass instruments and still having a strong percussion base
4. Great even for simple listening at home

Excellent CD with brand new songs. Lots of salsa megastars appear on this CD, as well as the new singing sensation Rey Bayona of the Jimmy Bosch Band. This CD kicks for listeners and salsa dancers alike!

Este album ensen~a gran talento en poder formar una orquesta excellente con un gran numero de musicos veteranos. Si hay algo que Jimmy Bosch no hace es experimentar. Todo lo que se hace en el CD se ha echo antes, pero no es decir que sea malo ya que todo se hace con un gran entendimiento de lo que buena salsa debe tener.

This is definitely a must have for any hard core salsa lover. Not only is this album a musical masterpiece for the hard core dancer, but Jimmy always delivers with a Reality Salsa song like he does in track 2 (barreras Ninguna)....If you have never heard of Jimmy Bosch, you need to be in "the know" and get any of his albums to fully enjoy salsa at its best...

Jimmy Bosch continúa en la tradición de ofrecer salsa de verdad. Ahora con su cantante Rey Bayona, el cual ya había demostrado sus cualidades de sonero en el DVD en Etnosur. Lo mejor para mi gusto son las interpretaciones de "El Avión de la Salsa", "Vengo A Cantar" y "El Embajador", sin embargo el CD completo es de lo mejor. Este disco no puede faltar en una colección de salsa dura.

I bought this CD and Across 110th Street(Spanish Harlem..). This CD has some great salsa but somewhat i felt it lacks something which i found it from across 110th street CD.. If you like salsa, you'll like this CD. I like rumba more so i liked across 110th street more.

I hope some people see negative reviews as helpful, and not simply negative. I am not a native salsero, but I've become interested and have purchased a fair amount. I am looking for the good stuff, of course. I like Ismael Rivera, Oscar DLeon, Sonora Carruseles. This album though, Avion de la Salsa, more or less sums up what I don't like about salsa - particularly meaningless lyrics. It really become a form of rap, and bad rap, the way it's performed here, the difference being simply the rhythm. I'm sticking with Ismael Rivera. Everyone's tastes are different, but please take this review for what you think it's worth.

Ok CD was expecting something else, but not a bad purchase for having a good salsa collection
