I became very frustrated each time I opened my packages. I was sent 2 seperate ones, althogh it was one order. Each time the wrong book (s) were sent. I sent one back at a cost of $8. The others (3) were sent in the wrong language. I contacted the sender and was told to keep the books and a refund would be given. I don't know if I have received the refund--I have not seen it yet. I still don't have the books I wanted, so I just gave up. I don't think I'll be ordering with Amazon again.
