I purchase this DVD because I love Javier Solis & I'm building a small collection of all his songs & movies.
I thought I knew everything about his life but this DVD has some things I did not know about it has many pictures of him when he was a child. I love the footage of the streets of old Mexico it shows all the old neighborhoods that are slowly dissapearing. This documentary of Javier Solis' life is in black & white although is very sad it is a good tribute to the memory of this still popular Mexican singer.

I bought all these great old Javier Solis movies for my husband, but the descriptions on Amazon were lacking. I bought some repeats so I hope to help others here: a great documentary about Javier Solis' life growing up in Mexico, his origins,his lifes problems and temptations.
