Easy Read.,
This review is from: Elder Law in a Nutshell (Nutshell Series) (Paperback)
The latest publication of Elder Law in a Nutshell was, in my opinion, an easy read and a thorough and comprehensive explanation that should appeal to both the lay person and someone in the legal profession.

Handy Size and To The Point,

This review is from: Frolik and Kaplan's Elder Law in a Nutshell, (In a Nutshell (West Publishing)) (Paperback)
This is an excellent summary of a very complex subject. The only reason it has 4 stars instead of 5 is that is not a user friendly text. It's written for someone who has been legally trained, so you may have to read some passages more than once to understand them.
