easy to read and understand, this book is filled with information on herbs, their use and formulas. Good book for any one interested in alternative medicene.

An Elders' Herbal: Natural Techniques for Health and Vitality (Healing Arts Press) I bought this book in the hope that it would provide useful information about dealing with osteoarthritis. Unless you are able to find an herbalist (whatever that is) who can mix up an arcane mixture of herbs, this book will be completely useless to those of us without graduate...
