This is an awesome book! Great pics, good "read"! Has great grids for "old-fashioned" and some new, different pies! Very well done! Bought four more for gifts! Hope they do another book soon!!

I bought this book and found I was able to make pie crust from scratch in a matter of minutes. It was so easy I couldn't understand why I had bought frozen pie crust for years. My kids gave rave reviews to my cherry and cholate pie.
I was recently invited to a wedding shower. The book includes blank recipe pages...I shared the book with the other guests...we all added our favorite pie recipe to the book. The bride loved the book...and the recipes.
I started adding lemon, lime and orange zest to my fruit pies. It truly is the "salt" in a pie.
