It was great while it worked...,

I owned this product for 5 days. I used it 4 times within that time period. The last time I used it, it stopped in the middle of making my drink and would not start again. I cleaned it out and tried to restart the process and it still did not work. I tried a couple different methods to try to fix it, but nothing would get it to start again. While it worked, it made excellent drinks... but it only worked for a little while. Very disappointing.

Major Disappointment,

Spent more than I planned but hoped I'd get more in return. Turned out to be a major disappointment. I'm not sure why Amazon continues to allow this item to be listed. It started giving my problems right away and I should have returned it then, but forgot about it because it was the summer months and I wasn't using it. Now it's hot chocolate weather and I'm immensely frustrated with this item. So sorry I wasted such good money on something so cheap.
