After ten attempts to change the shipping address, (I saved every e-mail) and one confirmation that it was noted and confirmed, the clock went to NY not Fl where I WANTED IT TO GO.
I am in Florida. At my expense, the clock was sent to me. One side is fine, the other side is lopsided. Not too happy. I buy through Amazon because the company has a good reputation of standing behind the order. But Customer service even at your company is going down hill. The past 3 out of four attempts at your phone customer service left me very unhappy. So, the clock is lopsided. cost me more than it should have, and your reps could not have cared less. That's my review...not very good is it?

I will be returning both of these clocks I purchased. This clock is cheaply made plastic that does NOT stay closed! The part that the clock hangs from is crooked on both clocks. By the way, the box says "COLOCK" instead of "clock". I guess I know why they were listed so inexpensively.
