I tested this product against 3 arbors from leading motor manufactures and it fits on them all. It would be nice if they package the product as Eazypower packages theirs with a 5/8" insert which then fits 1/2" as well.

Using this on a 1/2 horse motor to polish metal with a polishing wheel. Very good balance and a perfect fit on a 5/8ths arbor.

These are cheaply built stamped out items. I bought 2 of them to make a buffer out of a spare motor I had. I forgot that I had to have a Left Hand and a Right hand one so had to buy a lock nut for the one side. That was my mistake, but one of the arbors would only go onto the motor shaft halfway so that only one of the cheapo soft metal large headed screws tightened against the shaft key way. If you look inside the collar it is very rough with guage marks like a bad tool was used to ream out the hole then zinc plated over. the wheels I was using were 8" and fairly heavy, and vibrated so bad that tools were dancing all over the workbench and falling off the wall behind. I took off the wheels and turned on the motor to see if it was the wheels or the arbors. I could see the arbors running out of true, and the large wheels just magnified the problem. So back to the internet and I found some American made ones that were machined instead of stamped out and they cost just twice as much which is cheap for the quality. When I got them installed ,everything ran good. I would not recommend these, except for fishing sinkers.

Great price, and well made. I have fun it at 2500rpm for hours at a time with no issues at all.

Could not find this forever. My husband is so pleased that he was able to find this arbor for an electric tool.
