I took the intro test and I've got an MSEE (almost finished a PHd. Admittedly I've been away from practice for years. However, I found at least three arguable choices and one outright wrong answer in the first exam. "Autoranging" does not mean the capability to change scales, it means scales are changed automatically. Anyway I enjoyed the test and found it fairly comprehensive and a good refresher. I just HATE finding typos in technical books, especially if it's something I'm being graded on. I hope the rest of the book is more accurate and I'll be happy to trade email with the editors if they wish to do so.

This book is good but not the best, if youre studying for an entry level civil service test. Many of its questions are on motors. A good basic electricity textbook by Floyd would help better. Good Luck!
