Fail, it lasted 49 days. There is no contact info for electrified so the 150 day warranty is worth nothing. Amazon felt bad so they offered me $71 back of the $179 I paid. That doesn't work for me!

What can I say, for $78 it is working. It fits fine, works fine, but I noticed that it makes a faint beeping noise every so often - like when the movie is quite (makes for a very annoying silence breaker). I have changed the energy setting from ECO to Standard to make the fan run constantly on the projector, so now there is just a low hum from the fan that drowns out the beeping (I can live with that more than the beeping). I am pleased at the price and hope it last longer than a previous reviewer. I will post an update if anything changes.

I opted to go for this unit because it was 1/4 the price of an OEM Epson 3010 bulb/lamp replacement. Unfortunately, it was not nearly as bright. Very shortly after putting this lamp in, I began seeing a blue/yellow discoloration in the top left corner of my screen. This does not go away without a significant repair to the projector.

In addition, I got 1500 hours of use out of it before I started getting warning and dysfunction from the lamp. I got over 4,000 hours of use out of my first bulb which I only replaced to try to brighten the screen. After I trashed this aftermarket lamp, I went back to an original OEM replacement and am VERY happy with the results. I know it sucks to have to spend the money but it is WELL worth it. This lamp is NOT!

EDIT 1/17/2015****
If i could give this a 0 star rating i would. You can see the progression of this bulb from first thoughts to today when the bulb literally just burst into pieces in my projector. I am thankful that most of the pieces stayed in the housing and only a couple small shards were on the cover. If you have this table mounted the shards would end up in your projector. Luckily mine was ceiling mounted so the escaped shards fell on the cover. I do not recommend this bulb for any amount of money. In fact at this point you couldn't pay me to get another to put in my projector.
EDIT END****

EDIT 1/7/2015****
I have dropped my review from 3 stars to 1 star. This is due to the fact that the brightness is really really dim. I cant even use my projector in daylight. Even at night it is still hard to see. The bulb does look worse than when i received it. With the lumen output i can not recommend this bulb unless you will be using in pure darkness.
EDIT END****

This bulb is a great price and will get the job done but lacks compared to the manufacturers bulb. This bulb is much dimmer. It most definitely does not have the same lumen output as the manufacturers bulb. It also takes twice the time to come up to temp to display its full brightness.

This bulb is almost unusable during daylight conditions. At night it displays nice and crisp and see now difference form the manufacturers bulb (other than what was already stated)

Now with the bad i would still recommend this bulb as it is sub $50 compared to $150+. Also if you have prime you could have a replacement very quickly.

I was hosting Christmas at my home and my bulb went just before. With prime i was able to get it before Christmas and entertain accordingly.

I purchased this projector lamp replacement from the seller “Electrified” for a Epson 3020, and it arrived 11/13/14 I installed it the next day and it has been working perfectly this last weekend. Watched a movie with the wife Friday and my struggling Panthers loose Sunday.

The lamp came packaged in a well made box with plenty of foam protection. The part ELPLP68 is exactly what I needed. No loss in lumens, no clicking or beeping and my projector works again.

Lamp is working as expected. I did not realize any difference from the original in terms of functionality with the same bright, as far as I remember. So far, after 5 days of use, I'm very satisfiedit and the cost X benefit is excellent.
The only thing I have noticed is a low noisy in a 2 first hours of usage but now it is gone.
Let's see how it goes within the next months.

I've put about 100 hours on the lamp, and it works great for the price. The color is a little off at start-up, but after it warms up, the picture is great. Considering I can buy 3 of these for the price of the Epson OEM part, I think I'll keep buying this one if it gets to about 1500 hours without issue. It's worth the money as a back up bulb in any case. It would be hard to justify to my wife a spare $200 bulb just to sit on the shelf, but $70 isn't bad to ensure we have the best view for a big game.

Causes Projector to beep while in economy mode, took it out put original back in and the original does not produce the beep. Poor Quality, when I took it out to put the other lamp back in the projector small pieces of plastic broke off of the housing. Would return if possible, however I made the mistake of marking the box with a sharpe.
