Small Stone Nano Analog Phase Shifter
Get the sound that made the Classic 1970 Small Stone famous. Generates thick sweeping phase shifting with liquid transparency. Feedback color control adds a tingling swirl. Blues players dig the Stone's rapid rotating speaker effect. Country players add tasty seasoning to their chicken pickin'. Metal-heads dig its jet plane swoosh.
The RATE control adjusts the speed of the phasing sweep, turn RATE clockwise for a faster sweep.
The COLOR Switch changes the sound of the phase shift between a full and robust phase shift in the DOWN position to a more pronounced instance phase shift in the UP position. When in the UP position, notice how the Nano Stone carves into the frequency spectrum hollowing out the sound. Fundamentals and harmonics glide in and out for an extremely pronounced shifting effect. Return the COLOR switch to the down position and notice the fullness.

The one problem I had with it is that it would make a clicking sound though my amp in sync with the rate knob, even when the pedal was bypassed (it is supposedly true bypass), so somehow the LFO circuit was leaking into my signal chain. This was using a Voodoo Lab Pedal Power II and the EH was on it's own circuit. Not something you would hear at bedroom levels, but when I cranked my Deluxe Reverb up to play with my drummer, it was quite noticeable.
Could be a defective unit, could just be incompatibility with my particular setup, but I have a Reteo-Sonic Phaser as well, and it is completely silent....but of course, it is also more than twice the price.
Great pedal. Especially for the money. Classic warm phasing.
I use this to add some shimmer and dynamics to arpeggios and swells in a church setting. But, this could also be great for funk, pop, rock, and metal. It is a versatile sound and I totally dig it. Five stars.
it's small( as is stated in the title of the product...) so it's really great for anyone with limited pedalboard space. All in all a great little pedal, it's battery operated but also has a 12v input jack for continuous playing and no worry of having a dead pedal.

I started using it with an electric bass, the sound is excellent, even on the lower strings.Published 1 month ago by Andres Hernandez Barocio
Very nice phase effect. Switch allows you to select between shallow (mild) and deep (extreme) phase. A welcome and often used effect on my mini pedal board. Read morePublished 1 month ago by Michael R. Martin
