Battery is good
Since I am writing this review is testimonial to the battery. Suggestion: before throwing out the old battery and electrode set, do a practice run. Collapse on the floor and have family member put on the paddles and push the button. Invaluable practice, and you won't get a gratuitous shock. Dr. Paul DeLeeuw

Philips Heartstart Defrillator Pads
I purchased our Heartstart defibrillator from you. I ordered replacement pads from you. I was sent the wrong pads, What do I do now? Please advise, Vickie Fuller
