Though this book is old, it's principles are still applicable for today. The author delves into skin types, hair types, and how to insert the needle, how deep and details on all three methods counting flash with many many general considerations. Of course there would be no advice on specific machines and any computerized machines or anything which has changed since the book was written which isn't significantly much.
