These tablets are a great alternative to drinking sports drinks for hydration. They are easy to keep handy without having to lug a sports bottle around. I've always felt better after taking these on hot summer days when I've been sweating alot. Just take two tablets with a glass of water and you'll be feeling better and ready to go in no time at all!
My brother and I used these tablets last year when we did the Bataan Memorial Death March. It is 26.2 miles in sand and heat of southern NM and these tablets made all the difference. They had periodic gatorade/water/orange slices along the trek but the conditions definately called for something more and these tablets did the trick. We are doing it again this year and these tablets will definately be in our packs! Highly recommend them. They work well and are easy to carry and take.

My husband works outside in southeast Texas were it is HOT and very humid. He always felt drained when he got off work and had leg cramps in the middle of the night because of dehydration. He took these and they have helped a lot, he now feels a lot better at the end of the day and no more cramps at night! If you or someone you know works outside in the heat and sweats a lot get some of these for them...they will thank you for it.
