I'm not sure if they work - so obviously they do because I am a super heavy sweater who works outdoors in extreme heat conditions and in the past have passed out due to lack of electrolytes. I have taken these the last 2 summers and have performed perfectly. I like that there is no messy powder and i can easily pack these with me.

I have a condition where I dehydrate very easily. I used to spend a fortune on sports drinks and kids electrolyte drinks, but they were always full of sugar or artificial sweetener, dye, and a bunch of other stuff that's really not good to consume on a regular basis. These are SO much better. I keep them in my purse so I can take them whenever I need, without having to make a store run. There is no extra stuff, and they really work quickly when taken with a full glass of water. These things have probably literally saved my life and I hope they keep selling them.

I should have researched a bit more before buying these. The tablets really don't contain much of what is needed. I bought a bottle of SaltSticks after researching further. I can at least notice an improvement after taking them when sweaing a lot.

These tablets have been the answer to my legs cramping at night. I was previously drinking G2 every day, now a couple of tablets at bedtime and no more cramps. Hooray.

My husband works outdoors in the heat and swears this keep him from getting cramps. Before he started taking these (during hot weather), by mid-day he would have terrible cramps. These tablets to the job.

Passed them out to people standing in a flag line on hot and steemy summer days. Did not have one heat related injury when people took these tablets.

I feel like these tablets have helped decrease the leg cramping that I've been experiencing for the past few months. I take them when I feel I haven't had enough water for the day or to counteract a few too many glasses of wine the night before.

I breastfeed through the night, and I've been experiencing mild shaking in my hands in the morning, that don't go away even when I eat or drink something. I realized that I could be electrolyte deficient and ordered these.

I also experience body pain after having alcohol, I guess because I'm dehydrated.

I take one at night, or one after a glass of wine, and I feel fine the next day.
