Easy EMGs for non-electrophysiologists,
By
This review is from: Electromyography for Experimentalists (Paperback)
If you are doing animal or human studies and need an EMG, but are not an electrophysiologist this is the book for you. Could be easily re-named "EMGs for Dummies". This book explains the electronics, probes, stimulators and bioamps in a simple, easy to understand, step-by-step way that can make you look like an expert. Everything from simple explanations of electricity (volts, amps, ohms) to anatomy of probe placement. The authors are top-notch and convey vast amounts of understanding to the reader. This book is a must in any animal modeling or human experimentation tool box.
