When I read the description, I thought this was cool, and when I got it, I found it even cooler than I thought! The EKG is downright realistic, as are the lights and siren. It kind of just wiggles around on carpet (haven't tried it on tile)...the "bump and go" only works in extremely tight spaces, but it really doesn't matter, because this toy is all about when you aren't pushing it around. You can scan the patient, hear coughs, stomach noises, and heartbeat at the press of a button, see an "x-ray" and "blood pressure" by pulling a tab, and trigger that really cool EKG by pressing the red button. Both driver and patient are removable...pressing the driver down activates the lights and siren (which CAN be muted, btw), and my kids and their friends have just had a ball with it.
