I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. We did not use it until a few days ago. The motor gave out after juicing one lemon. It seems my guarantee ran out before use. This is sold through the Dbroth. Their reply to my concerns was curt to say the least. Beware of this product and this company.

It is true that the company did refund my money but this machine does not have the power that is needed to turn much less make juice when one presses the fruit down.
